胸椎间盘突出症术后多种并发症1例报道

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>胸椎间盘突出症临床上较少见,因胸椎受胸廓固定,不如颈椎与腰椎的活动度大,从而椎间盘退变少见。脊椎术后脑脊液漏在临床上常见,但术后出现张力性脑脊液漏以及并发硬膜下血肿形成脑疝等并发症罕见,目前文献未见报道。1病例资料患者,男,69岁,自诉2年前无明显诱因出现双下肢乏力,近2个月双下肢乏力明显加重,行走困难,有踩棉花感,伴双下肢麻木,大小便较前费力。查体:脊椎生理弯曲正常,胸腰椎活动明显受限,T_9
