摘要(Abstract)：

前交叉韧带损伤常合并内侧半月板Ramp损伤,陈旧性前交叉韧带损伤更易合并内侧半月板Ramp损伤。MRI与膝关节镜检查是确诊内侧半月板Ramp损伤的主要方法。内侧半月板Ramp损伤以手术治疗为主,包括关节镜下内侧半月板后角部分切除、单纯撕裂部位的创面新鲜化技术或全内缝合术式。Ramp损伤,近期疗效显著,远期疗效有待进一步观察。本文对国内外近年有关内侧半月板Ramp损伤的相关文献进行综述。
