摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]探讨肱骨近端内固定锁定系统(PHILOS)治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的手术疗效。[方法]自2007年4月-2008年9月收治老年肱骨近端骨折27例,平均65.4岁,Neer分型2部分骨折7例,3部分骨折15例,4部分骨折5例,均采用PHILOS内固定治疗,随访6~18个月,平均9.5个月。[结果]骨折愈合良好,无内固定失败或肱骨头坏死。肩关节Constant-Murley功能评分的优良率;2部分骨折为85.7%,3部分骨折为80%,4部分骨折为60%。[结论]应用PHILOS治疗老年肱骨近端骨折可获得较为满意的临床疗效。
