<正>患者,女,78岁。入院前约7个月因摔伤致左侧股骨粗隆间骨折,于本院骨科住院行左侧人工双极股骨头置换术,手术顺利,术中无异常情况,伤口甲级愈合,术后肢体功能恢复良好。入院前1个月无意中
