摘要(Abstract)：

髋部骨折为老年人常见的低暴力损伤,为老年人跌倒后严重的并发症。老年患者因其自身特点发生髋部骨折后致残率及致死率均较高,所以了解髋部骨折患者死亡率的高危因素十分必要。目前认为影响髋部骨折患者死亡率的高危因素有四大方面:一般特征因素、伤前健康状况因素、治疗因素、血液学指标。本文对以上高危因素进行综述。
