微创生物学内固定治疗下肢长骨干骨折Treatment on thefracture of diaphysis of lower limbs by minimal invasive plate osteosythesis

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨应用有限接触动力加压钢板微创内固定法治疗下肢长骨干骨折的临床疗效。[方法]应用LCDCP微创生物学内固定治疗股骨9例,胫骨17例,平均年龄32岁,术后下肢CPM功能锻炼。[结果]骨折全部愈合,愈合时间2.9～4.5个月,平均3.2个月。根据Klemm关于股骨、胫骨两种骨折的功能恢复分级标准评估:优18例,良5例,可3例。[结论]微创生物学固定手术创伤小、牢固、安全、骨折愈合率高,感染等并发症少
