胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗进展The progress on treatment of tibial plateau fractures

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]胫骨平台是膝关节负荷结构,在人体功能中占重要地位,胫骨平台骨折涉及关节面,往往由车祸及高处坠落等高能量损伤造成,手术风险大,效果不理想。随着对胫骨平台骨折认识的深入,各种新的治疗理念、手术入路、固定方法、固定器材纷纷提出,使治疗效果较前有了很大进步,本文就近期胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的相关问题做一综述。
