骨盆骨折术中医源性损伤的预防Prevention of iatrogenic injury during the pelvic fracture operation

摘要(Abstract)：
骨盆骨折是一种较为复杂的骨折,不稳定型骨盆骨折应行手术治疗。早期切开复位内固定有助于功能康复,降低死亡率,减少出血量及晚期并发症。手术入路包括髂腹股沟入路和Kocher-Langenbeck入路。手术造成的医源性损伤很多见,包括血管、神经、内脏的损伤等,一旦损伤,后果十分严重。那么,预防这些医源性损伤显得至关重要。只有熟悉手术入路,多做临床解剖学研究才能把医源性损伤发生的机率降到最低。
