摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]探索治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的新型内固定器械。[方法]根据股骨粗隆解剖形态设计制作解剖型股骨粗隆锁定钩板内固定系统并进行相关生物力学测试,应用于老年性股骨粗隆间骨折患者。[结果]应用解剖型股骨粗隆锁定钩板内固定系统治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折患者27例,临床随访1.5~2年,平均1.8年,Sanders评分标准优良率100%。[结论]解剖型股骨粗隆锁定钩板内固定系统设计合理,骨折复位满意,固定坚强,有利于早期功能锻炼,防止各种并发症的发生。
