摘要(Abstract)：

本Meta分析对临床上采用玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎与生理盐水作为安慰剂的临床预后进行比较。收集采用上面两种药物做研究的临床文献,共2 009例患者(均为单侧纳入研究)。统计结果发现玻璃酸钠注射液对于膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治愈率和长期疗效优于生理盐水安慰剂。但是短期疗效两者差异并不明显,生理盐水安慰剂组也有效果,但随着随访时间的延长,玻璃酸钠注射液的疗效较生理盐水越发明显,维持治疗效果时间长于生理盐水组。目前对于不同分子量玻璃酸钠注射液的临床差异尚没有一个总结,其所导致的临床意义尚不清楚。临床上对不同生产工艺玻璃酸钠注射液种类的选择,完全取决于其效果和经济消耗。
