内轴型膝关节假体临床应用研究进展Research progress in clinical application of medial pivot knee prosthesis

摘要(Abstract):
内轴型膝关节假体自1999年上市以来,已被越来越多的应用到临床上。从设计原理上,内轴型膝关节假体系统较传统膝关节置换系统有显著优势,可最大程度的恢复正常的髌股关节和胫股关节活动,并且使用最接近膝关节解剖形态的股骨假体设计,提高了关节活动的稳定性,同时增加关节面的接触面积,最大程度降低了聚乙烯的磨损。但有关内轴型膝关节假体置换术后中远期随访研究相对较少,大宗的研究数据亦不多见,这些文献研究中绝大多数为针对欧美国家人群的研究,针对中国人置换该系统后的中远期随访目前无相关报道。本文通过广泛阅读国内外相关文献,总结内轴型假体临床应用的相关研究进展,指出目前研究的不足。
