关节镜下松解非痉挛性腓肠肌挛缩Arthroscopic release for non-spastic gastrocnemius contracture

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]介绍关节镜下松解非痉挛性腓肠肌挛缩的手术技术与初步临床结果。[方法] 2014年6月~2018年6月,在关节镜下对17例(19足)非痉挛性腓肠肌挛缩患者进行镜下腓肠肌腱膜松解。于腓肠肌肌腹最远端,采用内侧、中间入路置入关节镜与器械,切断腓肠肌腱膜。[结果] 17例(19足)患者均顺利完成手术,无严重并发症。随访时间14个月以上,术前与术后3个月相比踝关节背伸平均增加14°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前与末次随访相比,踝关节背伸平均增加约12°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]内镜下松解非痉挛性腓肠肌挛缩术后踝关节背伸角度改善满意,切口微创、美观,术后并发症少。
