摘要(Abstract)：
<正>本文报告一尸检时发现脊髓内空洞形成的病例。患者,男,44岁。病史中记载:开始时右手第4、5指出现乏力并屈曲挛缩,进行性手内肌萎缩,以后左手亦出现同样表现,右侧有麻木感但无感觉障碍体征。无括约肌功能障碍,行走正常并能胜任工作,不久前死于伤寒病。死后进行尸体解剖时发现第5~7颈脊髓中央的灰质内有空洞形成,推测上述的上肢神经学表现与
