摘要(Abstract)：

<正>冻干骨作为修复骨缺损的骨组织工程材料,具有来源广泛、制作工艺成熟、便于保存及运输、免疫排斥反应小、生物力学性能良好、良好的骨传导性和较好的骨诱导性等优点,因此受到各临床外科医师及学者的极大关注,目前已成为异体骨移植最常用的材料之一。本文就目前对冻干骨研究的几个热点问题进行综述。1冻干骨的生物学特性
