氩氦刀联合长段骨切除后原位回植手术治疗骨肉瘤1例及文献复习(英文)Resection,cryosurgical ablation by means of cryoprobe and re-implantation in limb salvage for osteosarcoma of femur:a case report and review of literature

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]骨肿瘤切除术后大段骨缺损重建一直是一个难题。重建方法众多,如肿瘤假体、同种异体移植物、牵张成骨、自体骨移植,各有其优点。本报道描述了氩氦刀冷冻探针联合大段肿瘤骨切除后原位回植治疗骨肉瘤的一种新技术。[方法]手术切除股骨下段骨肉瘤,经氩氦刀冷冻灭活肿瘤骨后原位回植解剖复位,钢板螺钉内固定。[结果]术中、术后短期患者无重大手术并发症。术后3个月随访时病人能脱拐行走,膝关节主动和被动活动范围0°~40°,X线摄片证实回植骨两端骨痂形成,但出现肺转移。术后15个月复查X线提示回植骨吸收明显,内固定松动,但无肿瘤复发。[结论]使用氩氦刀冷冻灭活骨肉瘤长段骨后原位回植达到生物重建,此方法简单而有效。但由于本研究病例数少,随访时间短,该方法的远期疗效还有待进一步研究。
