PMMA骨水泥与BCC骨水泥对猪肺栓塞后血流动力学的不同影响The different effects of pulmonary embolism caused by PMMA and BCC bone cement on hemodynamic in pigs

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]观察带负电荷硫酸钙/β-磷酸三钙复合骨水泥(BCC骨水泥)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥(polymethyl methacrylate,PMMA)造成猪肺栓塞的血流动力学变化,探讨其安全性。[方法]选择健康成年海南五指山小型种猪12只,分为BCC组与PMMA组,每组6只。PMMA组:经猪肺动脉干注入2 ml PMMA骨水泥;BCC组:经猪肺动脉干注入2 ml BCC骨水泥。分别于骨水泥注入后的10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min、60 min等不同时间点监测平均动脉压(MABP)、平均肺动脉压(MPAP)与心率(HR)。[结果]猪肺栓塞模型成功后,BCC组于注入骨水泥后各时间点的MABP、HR下降幅度以及MPAP的升高幅度均小于PMMA组,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]较之PMMA骨水泥,BCC骨水泥致实验猪肺栓塞后血流动力学变化较为平缓,具有较好的安全性。
