下胫腓联合的CT测量Measurement of the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]通过对下胫腓联合的CT测量,观察下胫腓联合在CT扫描图象上的解剖特性,并探讨临床意义。[方法]对12例正常踝关节进行下胫腓联合轴向扫描,测量指标统计学处理。[结果]胫骨的腓骨切迹前部较后部短,切迹前后部夹角为(137.45±9.59)°,切迹深度(4.36±1.15)mm,胫腓重叠的垂直距离为(7.01±2.02)mm。[结论]胫骨的腓骨切迹深度、切迹内腓骨的位置影响下胫腓联合的稳定性。对下胫腓联合分离,CT轴向扫描用于诊断和治疗后的评估较为可靠。
