Ilizarov技术胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗糖尿病足Transverse tibial bone transport by Ilizarov technique for treatment of diabetic foot

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨应用Ilizarov技术胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。[方法]2014年8月~2016年3月,采用Ilizarov技术胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗糖尿病足患者40例,男26例,女14例,年龄39~79岁,平均56.8岁;左侧22例,右侧18例,按Wagner分级,2级10例,3级22例,4级8例。[结果]40例患者均获得随访,随访时间4~19个月,平均11.5个月,患足均获得愈合(全部保肢),创面平均愈合时间12.6周,患肢疼痛及麻木症状改善甚至消失。[结论]胫骨横向骨搬移术能有效治疗糖尿病足,避免截肢。
