脊髓损伤的近期研究进展The recent study in spinal cord injury

摘要(Abstract):
全球每年数以万计的人遭受脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)的折磨,脊髓损伤的病理生理过程主要包括原发性损伤和继发性损伤两个阶段,原发性损伤由原发性机械损伤所致,而继发性损伤则由级联性炎症反应而致,其造成的损伤可能远远大于原发性打击。对于脊髓损伤的治疗,主要以手术解除机械损伤为主,并通过非手术治疗控制脊髓的继发性损伤。近年来随着医学技术的发展,非手术治疗也出现了很多新的方法,包括抑制少突胶质细胞死亡、神经营养因子的应用、干细胞移植、基因工程等。在脊髓损伤的研究过程中,各种动物模型的应用对于研究的进展起着至关重要的作用。
