肌腱组织工程和基因转染Tendon tissue engineering and gene transfer

摘要(Abstract):
骨髓源间充质干细胞是肌腱组织工程最为常用的种子细胞。脂肪源干细胞具备相似的多分化潜能,有望成为肌腱组织工程的种子细胞。纳米纤维材料可以模拟细胞外基质的结构和功能,作为肌腱组织工程的支架有明显的优越性。基因转染技术可克服外源性细胞因子在肌腱修复处作用短暂的不足。肌腱组织工程及基因转染的前景令人鼓舞,但仍面临诸多挑战,需进一步研究。
