全髋关节置换术后感染窦道形成原因的分析——行保留假体清创术应慎重Analysis of the cause of sinus tract formation after total hip replacement infections——treatment of infections with debridement and retention of prosthesis must be carcful

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :分析人工髋关节置换术后感染中窦道形成的原因 ,从而对保留假体清创术的有效性、益处和危害加以探讨。方法 :分析 3 6例 3 7髋人工髋关节置换术后感染患者的窦道形成与感染类型 (是否为混合感染 )、感染分期、保留假体清创之间的关系。结果 :3 6例病人中共 2 7例 2 8髋有窦道形成 ,窦道形成病人混合感染的比例明显高于无窦道的病人 ,窦道形成与感染分期之间无明显的关系 ,16例曾行保留假体清创的病人中有 15例 16髋在清创后形成窦道 ,统计分析显示窦道形成与保留假体清创有直接联系。结论 :不适当的保留假体清创很容易导致人工髋关节置换术后感染的窦道形成 ,影响感染的治疗 ,应慎重应用。
