摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :探讨同种异体软骨细胞移植修复关节软骨缺损的免疫学变化。方法 :将兔分成软骨细胞移植组及骨基质明胶移植组 ,用免疫学及组织学方法 ,研究其免疫反应。结果 :软骨细胞移植组术后检到淋巴细胞增殖 ,植入物局部见到淋巴细胞浸润。结论 :同种异体软骨细胞移植存在免疫反应
