半月板损伤与修复研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>半月板的功能具有承受负荷、震荡吸收、关节稳定、关节润滑和本体感觉等作用。生物力学研究表明半月板承受着至少50%的膝关节压力,90°左右的屈伸活动范围大约承受85%的负重[5]。半月板损伤采取部分切除或全切术后导致的半月板缺失,使得膝关节受力发生改变,是导致关节软骨破坏和退变发生的主要原因,使得如何处理损伤的半月板成为外科手术的难题。由于对半月板解剖和组织学的深入研究,过去20年间半月板损伤后修复得到飞速发展,尽管临床上取
