<正>骨髓炎是一个由微生物感染引起的伴有骨组织破坏的炎症反应过程[1]。它可以局限发病于单一类型骨组织或可同时波及骨髓、骨质、骨膜及周围软组织。骨髓炎的治疗是一个多学科参与的过程,不同类型的骨髓炎常需要不同的手术及抗生素治
