计算机导航在全膝关节置换中的应用技术及进展Current concept and overview of the technique of computer-assisted surgery(CAS) for total knee arthroplasty

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]精确的下肢力线和假体的摆放位置是全膝关节置换成功的关键。计算机导航辅助全膝关节置换的出现使之成为可能,并得到了不断改进和发展,获得了令人满意的治疗效果。导航新技术不断开发使计算机的运行环境和操作界面更加友好,为广大学者普遍接受。随着这一技术的进一步完善,计算机辅助手术必将成为全膝关节置换标准方式。未来的研究重点是,开发更小创伤的示踪器固定系统、电子平衡测量仪和智能化截骨锯等。并通过开发影像依从和非影像依从两种方法联合的影像加强导航系统,架起从现有技术向机器人智能化转变的桥梁,以实现完全通过机器人来完成手术操作的最终目标。
