复杂性胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗Efect of operation on complex fractures of tibial plateau

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨手术治疗复杂性胫骨平台SchatzkerⅤ和Ⅵ型骨折的临床疗效。[方法]2003年3月～2009年5月,根据软组织损伤程度,分别采用双钢板固定植骨术或经皮复位有限固定术治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折42例。[结果]患者经过6～36个月,平均16个月随访,术后伤口一期愈合,无骨折延迟、畸形愈合。X线片显示胫骨平台均未发生二期塌陷,膝关节屈曲118°～136°。膝关节功能参照Merchant评分标准评定:优34例,良6例,可2例,优良率95.24%。[结论]治疗胫骨平台骨折应重视软组织损伤程度的评估。根据软组织损伤程度采用适当手术方法,可减少软组织损伤并发症,使骨折固定长期的稳定性良好,关节功能恢复满意。
