经皮解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折Treatment of distal tibial fracture with minimally invasive anatomic plate fixation

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨应用胫骨远端解剖钢板经皮植入治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。[方法]2002年1月~2005年6月对36例胫骨远端骨折病人采取闭合复位,小切口手术入路植入胫骨远端解剖钢板。[结果]33例获得随访,平均随访16个月,骨折均获愈合,临床愈合时间14周,按Johner-W ruhs评分法,功能优24例,良6例,中3例,差0例,优良率90.9%。[结论]微创钢板内固定手术创伤小,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高,符合生物学固定原则。
