陈旧性胸腰椎骨折后凸畸形伴脊髓损伤的手术治疗Surgical treatment of old thoraco-lumbar vertebral fracture with kyphosis and spinal cord injury

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨陈旧性胸腰椎骨折后凸畸形伴脊髓损伤的手术治疗方法及疗效。[方法]回顾1998~2003年收治的陈旧性胸腰椎骨折伴有脊髓损伤病人36例,均采用经后路椎管前方减压。[结果]所有病人均得到随访,后凸畸形矫正满意,除3例完全性截瘫病人以外,其他病人均有Frankle分级Ⅰ级以上恢复。[结论]经后正中入路可以有效地实现椎管前方减压。
