摘要(Abstract):
<正>传统观念中,骨关节炎的主要特征是软骨病变,而对软骨下骨病变不够重视。自从1972年,Radin等首次提出关节退变的发病机制可能起始于软骨下骨,越来越多的新证据提示,软骨下骨与骨关节炎的疾病进展关系紧密。软骨下骨发生异常的骨重建(软骨下骨硬化、骨赘形成)是骨关节炎的主要特征之
