临时假体在人工髋关节置换术后感染治疗中的初步应用Preliminary application of provisional prosthesis in the treatment of infection after hip replacement

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]报告本院近年来采用LinkR○感染治疗型临时假体治疗人工髋关节置换术后感染的初步经验,探讨感染二期翻修中占位器的选择。[方法]采用LinkR○感染治疗型临时假体治疗的8例9髋感染病例,术后每隔3个月随访1次,进行Harris评分。[结果]所有病人均获得随访,平均随访时间为13(3～22)个月,髋关节翻修重建病人的Harris评分平均为82.4(65～98)分,较治疗前平均改善48.8分,感染控制率为87.5%。术后功能优良率为60%。[结论]LinkR○感染治疗型临时假体作为一种感染治疗中翻修间期使用的占位器,在感染控制和功能结果方面,能达到其他占位器的水平。在使用这种占位器的同时应用灌注冲洗是一种比较好的方法。
