摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者,男,43岁,主诉因"发现左大腿下段肿物5年余"入院。患者于5年前无意间发现左大腿近膝内侧有一"鸽蛋"大小肿物,无明显疼痛,昼夜无差别,膝关节活动无受限,无肢体麻木,未作特殊处理。今年开始肿物逐渐增大,在当地县人民医院X线检查示左股骨下段肿物。为进一步诊治来本院门诊就诊,拟"左股骨下段肿物:性质待查"收入院。患者发病以来,精神、饮食、睡眠好,大、小便正常,体重无明显变化。
