克氏针张力带在髋关节置换术中的应用

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨髋关节置换术中大转子骨折应用克氏针张力带固定的效果及可靠性。[方法]对2002年1月～2010年10月536例髋关节置换术中固定大转子24例患者进行回顾性分析,其中合并大转子骨折18例,术中大转子意外骨折3例,大转子截骨3例。全髋关节置换258例,人工股骨头置换267例,髋关节翻修11例。24例全部采用克氏针张力带方法固定大转子骨折。[结果]术后随访6～42个月,平均22个月,24例患者大转子骨折全部愈合。Harris评分[1]从术前平均48分恢复到术后最后一次随访时平均92分。[结论]髋关节置换术中大转子骨折采用克氏针张力带固定是安全有效可靠的方法,术后患者可以早期负重,有利于髋关节功能的恢复。
