摘要(Abstract)：

随着糖尿病患者数量逐年增多,糖尿病现在已经成为夏科氏关节病的最主要病因,又称为糖尿病神经性骨关节病(diabetic neuropathic osteoarthropathy, DNOAP),其诊断主要依据临床表现、血清学检查以及影像学检查,并且需要依据影像学检查结果进行分期。DNOAP的治疗主要包括全接触石膏治疗以及药物治疗,药物治疗的效果还需进一步研究。DNOAP的早期诊断和治疗非常重要,临床上目前还没有合适的血清学标记物来监测疾病的活动程度,治疗方案还需进一步研究。本文综述糖尿病神经性骨关节病急性期的诊断和治疗,为临床实践提供参考。
