顺行带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折Treatment of humeral shaft fracture with anterograde intramedullary interlocking nail

摘要(Abstract)：
目的总结带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的效果。方法采用顺行肱骨带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折30例。其中新鲜骨折28例,骨不连2例,6例骨折伴有桡神经挫伤。结果术后随访6～18个月,骨折愈合良好。结论顺行肱骨带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有固定牢靠、愈合快、并发症少等优点。
