<正>结核病是人类最古老的疾病之一,据世界卫生组织报告,我国是结核病负担最高的国家之一,全球每年新增900万结核病例,我国年新增病例约130万,排在印度之后列世界第二[1]。脊柱结核是最常见的骨关节结核,约占骨结核的50%,占全部结核的3%～5%[2]。在脊柱结核外科手术中,普遍都存在着病
