摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]提出老年骨质疏松性椎体非压缩性骨折概念的初步设想,探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体非压缩性骨折的疗效。[方法]选取老年骨质疏松性椎体非压缩性骨折患者57例(共74节),根据治疗方式分为两组,观察组31例(42节)给予PVP治疗,对照组26例(32节)给予保守治疗。采用下腰痛疗效结果评分表LBOS评估疼痛程度和生活质量,同时随访观察病椎椎体形态学变化。[结果]观察组42节椎体穿刺全部成功,无严重并发症发生。观察组31例患者比较治疗前后疼痛程度和生活质量,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后1周,1、6、12个月患者疼痛程度和生活质量观察组和对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后1周,1、6个月两组患者病椎高度丢失比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后12个月对照组病椎高度丢失显著高于观察组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]PVP治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体非压缩性骨折,能迅速缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量,显著预防椎体的塌陷,防止脊柱畸形的发生。
