磁共振DWI及DCE序列对正常骶髂关节影像表现的应用研究The standard values of normal sacroiliac joint on DWI and DCE MRI secquences

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]通过测量健康志愿者骶髂关节旁骨髓区DWI及DCE序列相关参数,获取正常骶髂关节旁骨髓区量化值,以期对骶髂关节相关病变的研究奠定基础。[方法]选取65例(男32例、女33例)健康志愿者行骶髂关节磁共振DWI多b值扫描,对比后选取最佳b值图像并获得ADC平均值范围;其中21位志愿者(男13例,女8例)行骶髂关节DCE-MRI扫描,绘制TIC曲线并分析曲线的类型,分析所计算出的Fenh、Senh值及达峰时间Tmax值。[结果]经对比分析,骶髂关节骨髓区在b值为600 s/mm2时,所测ADC值精确度高,分别为右髂侧(3.472±0.441)、左髂侧(3.402±0.425)、右骶侧(3.272±0.398)及左骶侧(3.249±0.401),左右两侧骶髂关节骨髓区ADC值无明显差异(P>0.05)。DCE序列其左、右及髂、骶侧骨髓区TIC曲线有三种类型,8.3%(7/84)Ⅰ型,8.3%(7/84)Ⅱ型,83.3%(70/84)Ⅲ型;Fenh、Senh值平均值均处于20%
