摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]评价Fast-fix系统修复半月板损伤的临床疗效。[方法]自2007年7月～2009年6月,关节镜辅助下用Fast-fix系统治疗半月板损伤患者254例,96例患者得到随访。男58例,女38例,年龄12～46岁,平均24.3岁。病程3 d～1年,平均43.5 d。右膝46例,左膝50例;前角损伤12例,体部撕裂46例,后角撕裂38例;红区损伤32例,红白区损伤42例,白区损伤(延长红白区)22例。All-inside缝合56例,Outside-in缝合8例,Inside-Out缝合32例,分别缝合1～3针,每针操作时间平均5 min,住院3～14 d,平均8 d。通过症状、体征和Lysholm评分对半月板缝合修复的临床效果及术后并发症进行评价。[结果]随访时间12～24个月(平均15个月)。手术后均达到临床愈合;术前患者Lysholm评分平均为(45.10±12.55)分,术后平均为(87.34±10.50)分,有显著统计学意义(t=3.25,P<0.01)。术后1年随访手术成功率91.2%,术中、术后并发症包括乱结形成、锚合器拔出、固定失败等。[结论]Fast-fix半月板缝合器治疗半月板损伤,简便快捷、疗效可靠,值得推广。
