摘要(Abstract)：

C_5神经根病(C_5 palsy)是颈椎术后常见的并发症,其可严重影响患者术后生活质量。其发病机制复杂,相关临床研究主要围绕C_5神经根直接损伤,脊髓损伤以及神经根牵拉伤等假说展开。随着研究的不断深入,诸如术前筛查高危患者,术中电生理监测,甚至预防性行椎间孔扩大减压术等预防方法被提出,以期减少该病的发生率。本文通过查阅大量文献,对该病的最新进展做一综述。
