<正>脊柱后凸是常见的脊柱畸形。正常人胸椎生理性后凸小于50°,后凸顶点在T6~8处,与腰前凸形成平衡的生理弧度,此时矢状面重力垂线经过C1T1T12和S1,维持最佳生理曲线和身体平衡,保证人体能正常前视。先天性脊柱畸形、脊柱创
