摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]开放植骨由Papineau率先报道,该技术的独特之处在于植骨区不一期闭合创面。对开放植骨的改进主要表现在两个方面,一种是对手术方法的改进,一种是将其不断的与其他技术进行结合。与皮瓣修复相比,开放植骨创面闭合晚,治疗周期长,是其需要进一步改进的缺点。但相对于局部软组织条件欠佳的患者,现有的手术方法受到极大的限制,而开放植骨具有其独特的优势。
