<正>本研究目的旨在探讨切断周围神经与脑或脊髓的连接后所发生的各种病理学变化,本文仅报告青蛙的舌下神经切断后远端的病理变化。在最初的4日内未发现变化,第5日神经外膜出现迂曲扩张,神经纤维(轴突)呈不规则状,第10日发生轴突崩解,镜下到处见纺缍形结构,此时已经观察不到雪旺细胞。12~15日后几乎见不到单一的纤维结构,呈颗
