摘要(Abstract)：

假体周围骨折是人工关节置换术术后并发症之一,其发生与假体类型及患者自身因素密切相关,并且治疗方法相对复杂,本文针对铰链式全膝关节置换术后假体周围骨折的产生机理及其治疗手段进行回顾性的文献复习,以期对此类骨折的认识及治疗策略的选择有所帮助。
