摘要(Abstract)：

骨肉瘤是骨骼系统常见的恶性肿瘤,目前其治疗以新辅助化疗结合保肢术为主。顺铂是骨肉瘤化疗的常用药物之一。本文综述了增强顺铂疗效的体内外研究新进展,包括自噬相关的化疗耐药、抑制DNA损伤修复、抑制原癌基因表达、增强细胞凋亡、热休克蛋白HSP90相关化疗敏感性、多药联合化疗等。这些新进展将有助于骨肉瘤新药的研发。
