摘要(Abstract)：
<正>脊柱黄韧带囊肿(spinal ligamentum flavum cyst)是发生在椎管内的一种少见的退变性脊柱病变,1976年由Moile首先报道[1]。黄韧带囊肿无特征性的临床表现,通常表现为病变部位疼痛,可能因神经根或脊髓受压,从而引起神经症状,与椎间盘突出症、腱鞘囊肿和滑膜囊肿非常相似,诊断上存在
