手术治疗不稳定浮肩损伤(FSI)18例体会

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨不稳定浮肩损伤(floating shoulder injury,FSI)的手术治疗方法及临床疗效。[方法]回顾分析2010年4月~2014年7月经手术治疗的18例不稳定浮肩损伤的临床资料。[结果]18例全部获得随访,时间6~24个月,平均13.12个月,根据Herscovici功能评估标准:优3例,良9例,可6例,无血管神经副损伤。[结论]不稳定浮肩手术治疗效果较好,建议严格选择手术适应证,争取早期手术干预治疗。
