摘要(Abstract)：

颈性眩晕的发病机制尚不清楚,常见的假说有颈本体觉相关性眩晕和神经血管性眩晕,国外学者多针对颈本体觉相关性眩晕行手法疗法、物理治疗或前庭康复治疗。国内学者则多针对神经血管机制行微创或手术治疗。由于本病多以主诉为主,阳性体征较少,且无特异性的辅助检查和临床试验方法,确立诊断前应排除其他可能原因引起的眩晕。目前多数有影响力的文献提供的仅是对颈性眩晕的规律性总结及临床认识,缺少对其基础领域进行深入研究的报告。
