经皮微创钢板固定治疗胫骨下段骨折30例报告及相关问题探讨Analysis of the problems about minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in the distal tibial fracture:30 cases report

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]探讨经皮微创钢板固定(minimally invasive percutaneous plat eosteosynthesis,MIPPO)技术在治疗胫骨下段骨折中的临床疗效及手术操作相关问题。[方法]自2005年5月-2008年4月采用MIPPO技术结合锁定加压钢板(locking compression plate,LCP)治疗胫骨下段骨折30例。术后早期功能锻炼,6~8周部分负重。[结果]本组患者随访8~24个月,平均16.6个月。术后无伤口感染、复位丢失等情况发生,骨折均愈合。根据Baird踝关节评分标准,其中优16例,良12例,中2例,优良率93.3%。[结论]应用MIPPO技术结合LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折具有损伤小,固定可靠,组织感染率低,早期功能锻炼,早期负重,骨折愈合率高等优点,是治疗胫骨下段骨折的理想方法。
