颈椎前路融合后相邻节段的即刻运动范围Immediate Motion Ranges of Adjacent-Segments after Anterior Cervic al Arthrodesis

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :观察中下颈椎前路单椎体次全切除减压植骨和应用颈椎前路钢板固定对相邻节段即刻三维运动范围的影响。方法 :采用 6具新鲜成人尸体颈椎标本 ,测量完整状态、C5椎体次全切除减压植骨、C5椎体次全切除减压植骨颈前路钢板固定 3种状态上下相邻节段的三维六自由度运动范围。结果 :3种状态下相邻节段的即刻三维运动范围无显著差异。结论 :中下颈椎前路单椎体次全切除减压植骨和应用钢板内固定对相邻节段即刻运动范围没有显著影响 ,颈椎前路融合后相邻节段退变加快的原因需要进一步探讨
