国人同期与分期双侧全髋关节置换术的荟萃分析A meta-analysis on clinical outcomes of simultaneous operation versus staged operation of bilateral total hip arthroplasty in Chinese

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]采用荟萃分析的方法,比较国人同期与分期双髋置换术的疗效。[方法]检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane library、Web of science、中国知网、万方等数据库中关于双侧全髋置换同期与分期治疗的研究,检索年限为建库至2020年1月,依据纳入及排除标准筛选文献,提取数据,采用Review Manager 5.2软件分析。[结果]共纳入文献12篇,病例数共989例,其中同期组539例,分期组450例。荟萃分析显示,同期组在手术时间、住院时间、出血量、住院费用显著优于分期组(P<0.05),但同期组增加输血量(P<0.05)。两组在术后Harris评分、深静脉血栓、肺栓塞、术后感染率及术后神经系统症状发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]同期双髋置换术较分期手术缩短手术时间和住院时间,降低出血量和住院费用,但增加输血量。
